Shivam was teasing Shivani intentionally and she was getting irritated. He left his sentence incomplete and screamed loudly, because Shivani bit Shivam's hand hard which was placed on her mouth.

While looking at Shivani, he remembers the incident that happened in his office which might have happened with him two years back.

This was two years ago when he shifted to Delhi for work. For the first time in his life, he was living alone away from his home in Mumbai, his city. He never lived away from his family and when he started living there, he was surprised to find that he missed Shivani more than his family. He knew he loved Shivani but he realized how much he loved her only when he was away from her.

Since childhood, both of them used to fight like mouse and cat, whenever Shivani got annoyed with Shivam, she would shout loudly, whenever she saw Shivam getting scolded by Anjali ji, she would quietly stand behind Anjali ji and laugh at Shivam, if she did any mischief, she would put the entire blame on Shivam's shoulders and then she would pacify Shivam with her cute antics, since childhood, both of them used to fight so much that even their neighbors, if they saw the house quiet, would ask the Mehra family where are Tom and Jerry, and to the family members, these two, Shivam and Shivani, were known as Tom and Jerry.

Both of them have lived through fights since childhood and are still doing the same and whenever the family members get angry about their fights, they get troubled to stop them from fighting. Shivani remains completely calm in front of other people and is completely dominant in front of Shivam. That's why Shivam knows as much about Shivani as no other family member knows. He knew Shivani very well, whether it was her every small sadness or anger, happiness, joys, all her actions, no one could understand them as well as he did. It is wrong to say that if he was not stubborn then he too was a very stubborn, mischievous, arrogant, tantrum throwing person but in front of her he would only listen to her and would set aside all his own actions.

He forgets all his own antics in her love and tolerates all her tantrums. He cannot express how much he loves her but his eyes declare to the whole world that she is his world. Her eyes were his world, her reason to live his life, her heartbeat, if she was not there he would not be in this world. She was his reason to live. Knowingly or unknowingly his love sees the world but not the one he loves.

He would stand smiling like a madman and when Shivani's voice would come, the poor girl would be trying to open the door in frustration. She would get irritated and he would smile looking at her. Then he would sit on the bed and look at her and ask "What happened, is the door not opening or are you weak?" he would tease her.

It does not take her even a second to get irritated, she would close her eyes and mutter something. Seeing which he would ask "what did you abuse me in your mind" he would ask very calmly, with a coy smile on his face. She would look at him and give him a death glare, on which he would raise his eyebrows and ask "hey this much anger is not good for health" he would ask in a sarcasm way.

She replies with a sarcastic smile, "And your bitterness isn't good either."

He was a bit surprised at her reply. Then after a few moments he said, "But bitter gourd is good for health." There was a smile on his face as if he had won.

Really she did not say anything on this matter. Even after a lot of efforts when the door did not open, she asked Shivam "why is this door not opening" His eyes were fixed on her and he said as if thinking about something, "It seems it might have stuck with fevicol" Shivani "haaaa" she said in a strange tone.

He suddenly said, "How do I know why the door is not opening? Maybe it is jammed or you had locked it before coming."
